Essentia Health Deer River Campus consists of a 20 bed Hospital, Skilled Nursing facility and two clinics- one in Deer River and one in Grand Rapids. The hospital campus supports access to inpatient and outpatient services, Emergency Room staffed by board certified Emergency Room physicians and Surgical Services- to include total joint procedures, Lab Services, Imaging services including Mammography, CT and Open MRI on the Deer River campus, 3D Mammography Services at the Grand Rapids clinic, Hematology and Oncology outreach services to include Infusion therapy and clinical trials in Deer River with onsite Physicians coverage, Pain Management services, Podiatry Surgical and clinic services, Weight Management clinic, Orthopedic outreach clinic in both Deer River and Grand Rapids, General surgery outreach clinic at both Deer River and Grand Rapids clinics, Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine and both Deer River and Grand Rapids sites, Cardiology Outreach Physicians at both Deer River and Grand Rapid, Nephrology outreach and Cardiac rehab clinic in Grand Rapids. We also offer Telepsychiatry visits from our Deer River Clinic to a Duluth based APNP.
