Deer River Winterfest - Featuring the 2nd Annual Blueberry Hills Cardboard Classic

Join us on Saturday, January 17th for a winter celebration.

*On January 13th, we will be hosting a cardboard sled building event at King Elementary School from 3:30 - 5:00pm.

We will start at 2:00pm at the Deer River Sliding Hill in the Blueberry Hills for the 2nd Annual Cardboard Classic - a free community event.

This family-friendly event brings together kids, families, and community members for a day of creativity, laughter, and good old-fashioned cardboard sledding. It’s completely free to participate, and our goal is to make sure every child who joins us gets their very own brand-new sled to take home.

In the evening, we will gather at the Deer River Ice Rink for ice skating and more - additional information coming soon.
